Heathcote Dementia Alliance were invited to present their Bush Inspired In Home Care Model at the LASA Home Care Virtual Forum on September 8.

An overview of the work Heathcote Dementia Alliance is doing in supporting innovative environmental design responsive to the needs of older Australians with dementia.

To identify and discuss the possibilities and challenges for the future of providing in-home dementia care when delivering higher levels of in-home care that is based on need and where maximum funded supports are matched to residential care funding levels assigned to care recipients with similar levels of need.

The O’Keefe Challenge is more than just a race or fun run – it celebrates fitness, nature and the community spirit of the Heathcote region. It raises funds for the Heathcote Dementia Village Project, which promises to be game-changer in the way we look after and care for people living with dementia.
