DementiaConnect is a website developed to connect carers — providing easy to follow pathways to information, services, supports and innovative respite solutions.  The website provides a wide range of resources and tools, so the carer and person with dementia can navigate the challenges of dementia with confidence. 

Dementia Alliance were contracted by the John Richards Centre for Rural Ageing to implement their project Verily Connect. We redesigned the guides so they were in an easy to read follow instrumental in rewriting the Guides something about being in an easy to follow format
